Still not unlocked. When i unlocked upper house i saw that greenwich house was locked, then i unlocked it with that game money

I dont remeber how much it will take to unlock. But i will give a tip to earn money faster. Tip: go to atm may atm will be in broadway. So go to atm there will be option of lottery, play that lottery. With in 1hour u can earn 10,000+$ there

I don't need to use the lottery because it will be deducting the 'humor' of my character if it does not win anything.
But i should earn above $10,000 right?

Yaa u should earn above 10,000$
And i have earnes 10,000$ lottery and humor was less, so i make character to watch comedy shows, reading comics and make joke with others. When i did this all my character humor increased
