Use Byte Coder Editor Pro.jar And Select Every Class File And Translate Only The Red Letters And It Requires Internet.

I can translate game if language string is in class...but most often in cn games...language string created with ".bin "extension

But What If You Rename Your .Bin File To Zip And Extract, You May Find Some Class And Png And Txt Files In It. Then Translate It And Compress Them Again To .Bin

kankon, you are wrong, .bin Files is equivalent to .txt or .docs files.
