You most don't need to, only if you want to remove Virtual Keypad. it vary from device. It often is:

LGE-MIDlet-On-Screen-Keypad: no
Nokia-MIDled-On-Screen-Keypad: no
MIDlet-Touch-Support: true

Choose one of them
