Hello, I am looking for GISH game mods, but in English, not in the Russian language. Are there any?

I play Gish Reloaded Hard Levels and I have a problem with the first level. Can someone write how it go? I'm in a tunnel where you can not see it and do not know how to get to the front.

In Gish reloaded Level 1, GISH having 2 modes . Normal mode and slipery mode (press left Softkey with Gish icon to changing modes) . With slipery mode ( Gish icon have Orange colour ) you can go in small tunels .

You can not change the mode that level.

Try get angry (press 5) maybe you break wall or floor . or try jump +angry . Tunel maybe continue down or to right direction. (arrows give hint)
