Start with a new image black or white background. Just make the image same size as it should be and add english text. Or use transparent png logo creator and replace. I recommend an image editor to resize and add text: Pro Paint Mobile.jar

If the words in the image is russia then use operamini mod it translates it automatically with out internet

just open it with operamini mod as text then options..abc-russia or russia-abc then choose russia-abc..automatically all the russian texts changes to english[no internet needed]
