No, It's max graphics and 60 fps not normal deafult graphics.

but unfortunately you can't set full screen mode for this version because this gameloft store version was made for older devices so you have to play with these small bars on the sides of the screen.

I think that this game is best Gangstar game for Android, i dont like new orleans at all because they put in game so much nonsense, only good thing in New Orleans is that you can build your own private island and i like that, personaly Vegas is much better for me (my opinion only)
