How do I nstall two apps with the same package name on Android?

U can't. You have to edit the name
Then you will used same app but different name's

You can only create a custom one for the second i.e by changing the last letter of the original package name
And repacking it like aadil said

@ay star, I intended to install the mod of a game to test it(it tells me there is an app with the same package name), without having to delete the original, Because the mod may not work

Yh just create a custom package name for it using app cloner
That should be easy than doing it manually
