But think as your phone. Your phone also have a operating system, wich works above a kernel that manages your hardware. Like Windows with Batch, your phone also does have a kernel command programming language. Thing is yours and almost all old phones has no command line so it's not accessible to the user (manufacturers claims it's for "security reason", but for me, it restricts freedom). It also occurs with modern phones, although Android is more open and does allows you to use kernel commands, but with some restrictions unless you have access to root user.
Your manufacturer, Itel, probably has a special box that can communicate with your hardware and use kernel commands, used for technical support.

You probably asking: ¿can i install a command-line Java application and use my kernel commands?
No, you can't, because Java is a virtual machine and it prevents applications to communicate with your kernel.
But you can use Alchemy OS shell to see how kernel commands works by accessing Alchemy OS virtual kernel
