How to make an app run in background with stoping even if i am using many apps.

notifications > Advanced >
Special app access >
Battery optimization - All apps.
Tap on Jloader app and set to 'Do not Optimise'
Do this with every app you want to keep working in backgroud.

Its not working..
Iff i open 6 more apps after opening it it would close

It cant work same as iOS.

Even if not up to that..
I mean just use in background and use other apps.
So when i return back to it it continues from where i lefft it
