Is it every 'the sims ambitions' game that repeat actions twice?, 320*240 version does that

And i think real football 2012 also have bugs, because after finishing a season and changing to another team in enter the legend mode, my name there changes and i can't control the player i created.
But why all these bugs?

the bug that is so bad is the one in world at arms game, when i bought an energy power, it first gave me energy and it doesn't give me energy anymore unless i buy another power plant.
That is why i need the hacked version

that makes the game very hard, the whole map will be full of powerplants.
