No. Upfile will be gone and all your files gone just like Onfile. I have been using Waper since 2010 and have 7100 files. GL games is deleted everywhere but you can reupload. Use waper

I have no porblem reuploading. but, will they block my account if i upload GL/EA games? And if they do will my other files also be deleted?

No. Waper will not block your account if you upload GL/EA. Waper will only delete the files after some months. But you can reupload. All other developer games won't be affected it remain on Waper forever. Waper will block your account only if you upload adult content only.

So can't upload any adult game(e.g. Sexy block breaker 3).LOL....
