Create a folder RMS Backup in your root directory and use the backup directory as
/c:/RMS Backup/
or
/e:/RMS Backup/

So if for example you want to backup Midnight Pool 3, it will be
/c:/RMS Backup/Midnight Pool 3.rms
or
/e:/RMS Backup/Midnight Pool 3.rms

Use the second one if the first one didn't work.
