My first was a Dynavision, a Famicon NES clone. That console broke so easily i got 4 of them. Until i got a PlayStation 2

Generations. PS1 is a 5th generation console, PS2 is 6th.
So PS2 got a lot of hardware improvements with a better CPU, GPU, a DVD-Reader, bigger memory cards, ethernet cable port to access internet, USB etc
So it got to run heavier games with better graphics, shading effects, physics, higher resolution (PS1 usually had 240p, PS2 got 480p), better sounds etc.
