I think you are talking about java games ? NO!

Anyway , i don't think j2me support playing .mp3 in games.
Try converting mp3 to midi (or Wav) online here 'ofoct.com'
After conversion if file still to large you can change Play Speed , Crop it or Increase BPM Music

For test use it on a tetris game , they have long tracks anyway dedomil.net/games/231/screens
