Anyone know how to design xtgem sites ?

please help me to design a xtgem site . I am really need of it because the games i hack i want them to uplode it there the other sites server is not so good but i don't know how to design it so if snyone would kindly help then it would be great for me and the people who ask for heacked games . Because if the site i am uploading the games dies then all the hacked games would be gone with it so if anyone know how to design xtgem sites then please help
