Not sure that Lucky Patcher make permanent changes to apk or temporary What do you mean?
1 way to save installed apk's in your phone . Menu - Settings - Backup & Restore - Select modified game , move to backup . Phone be uninstall game but save apk & data created by game in Backup folder . Select all data & creation .zip folder . Upload file to datahost , will test if work :-)
