I.)SMUP- because it's innovation in their company and secondly it's uses copyrights of one well known super hero (Spider- Man).
II.) The Amazing Spider Man 2 Mobile Game- the java game is very good 2D scrolling fighter,but with lack of bosses (minus for me) and very quick and smoothly game engine with innovation, which add something new- contra system.
