- Green Goblin I/II ( TASM/ Old Saga Version),
- Doc Ock/ Doctor Otto "Octopus" Octavius,
- Venom,
- Sand Man.


For compare with Toxic City Mobile Game Bosses are:

- Ultimate Green Goblin/ Goblin,
- Ultimate Shocker (not guy in yellow suit, but neo version),
- Ultimate Doc Ock,
- Ultimate Electro/ Electro 2.0 ( upcoming movie's Electro is based of this version),
- Ultimate Vulture (original have wings attached to arms),
- Ultimate Rhino (In Robotic Suit, not old Rhino from for example 90's cartoon)
- Avian/ Winged Goblinite ( special character created for this game only like for example Monster Ock from Spider-Man I PSX Duology).

And obviously story arc of this game will be circling around Evil GG (Goblin) or Venom Schemes and kidnapping MJ Watson by Goblin (picture 1).
