Google Play always receive updates very late due to Google's bureaucracy, GitHub's and F-Droid's version is always up-to-date
As J2ME Loader is open-source, there's also forks for this Loader, i recommend JL-Mod that adds experimental compatibility to Mascot Capsule V3: https://github.com/woesss/JL-Mod/releases
