Oh, that's why
Your phone doesn't have a compatible built-in browser to redirect the download URL to the Java application installer. Java phones usually install Java applications directly by download URL, and your phone don't do this.

You can rename it from .err to .jar. But i advice that you download the next jars from another browser like UCBrowser since some packages might be missing

but it has normal browser app that u can browse anything there but it's too slow to be using that to browse so if i wantu download jar i use opera mini after pressing the download jar it will open the browser first and bring where to save it to memory card or phone and it start downloading then if it finish it ask for either install on memory card or phone it install compiling jar file and optimising jar file and done
