PC is most suitable for modding GL games.
Some other vendors, you can use mobile, but you may only mod some splashes and probably sounds / sfx.

In Gl Games, It Is Hard To Recognize The Files Because They Have No Extension.

I guess you'll know hexadecimals, it will really help you to identify most non-extension files.
