Java Emulator for Android

Hello, I am looking for a Java emulator running on Android version 4.0.4. Jbed unfortunately not working. Does anyone running this version of the emulator for android?

Unfortunately, you can not go there resolution of 480x800, and does not support touch only need to use the arrow keys, which are only horizontally.
