Yes, nova is modded-remastered game that is probably why your device or Google play recognize like virus. And google play will warn you for about 80-90% of time if you install games which are not available on google play or so. But dont worry apk is ok

On Huawei phones it's just called "Browser" although on their ToS it's called "HUAWEI Browser". On my phone is version 12.1.3.304
