TheSixth Axis is reporting that Oddworld : Stranger's Wrath is heading to the iPhone, iPad , and other mobile devices soon.
According to the website, Oddworld : Stranger's Wrath is far from complete.
Still, it apparently already "looks and plays" very much like the original Xbox release, and "works better than most" other third- or first-person titles on mobile devices.When it comes to gaming, the Android platform often plays second fiddle to Apple's ever-popular iOS platform . Fear not, though: Oddworld: Stranger'sWrath should be available on Google's mobile OS, too.
Oddworld Inhabitants founder Lorne Lanning believes that the game will work perfectly well on Android-powered devices, and that controller pairing shouldn't be an issue.
Oddworld: Stranger's Wrath , which was originally released on Microsoft's Xbox back in 2005 and ported to Sony's PS Vita late last year, is an action-packed adventure title in which you assume the role of a bounty hunter.
Your aim, naturally enough, is to hunt down outlaws that have a bounty on their heads; bring them in dead or alive; and line your pockets with moolah. Simple.
