Positivo P30 is one of them that are still being made and sell today, but it only sells in Brazil They are becoming even more rare I don't know if theres other Java devices being made on other countries But, Java ME itself has not died, Oracle is still supporting and updating it, currently, we have Java ME 8.3, and they're integrated in Raspberry PI. I do have in mind creting a custom featurephone with Raspberry PI, wich can run Java games and also emulate other retro consoles. I've met the SquirrelJME's developer wich also has a custom flip phone made on RaspberryPI in mind.
