Multiplayer

- DDR supports multiplayer matches via the DDR Network.
- You must create a user name and password; user names must be a minimum of three characters long and passwords four characters long. Only one username can be created per phone.
- After you have created an account you will be able to select Ranking, Quick and Custom matches.
- Ranking match is a single player game that uploads your high scores to a central leaderboard.
- Quick match allows you to select the difficulty and matches you up with like players.
- Custom match allows you to select the song and difficulty.
- Quick match is more likely to match you up with a player.
- You will be unable to play against players who have different song packs installed on their handsets.
- Online high scores are viewable through the Leaderboards.
- The opponent score is regularly updated during the match and will be shown as a 2P on the gameplay screen.
- Your Win/Loss record is displayed at the DDR Network screen.
- If there is a connection issue, only the player with the connection difficulty will be disconnected; the other player will continue playing.
- Players can be added to Favorites for later play.
- Any network communication screen can be canceled out of with the right softkey if the operation seems to be taking too long.  If you are in an area without service or with weak service, certain operations may take a long time.
