Parma ham with avocado salad (Christmas)

-12 slices of Parma ham
-3 ripe avocados
-1 tender onion
-3 eggs
-6 spoonfuls of olive oil
-2 spoonfuls of balsamic vinegar
-Salt and black pepper
*-*Boil the eggs for 10 min. Cool them in water.
*-*Peel the avocados and cut them in halves. Take out stone and slice.
*p*Put the hard-boiled eggs (cool), the pieces of onion, the oil and vinegar in a bowl and mix with a mini mixer.
*-*Add salt and pepper.
*-*Put the slices of Parma ham in a dish and put the slices of avocado in the centre.
*-*Pour the sauce over. Decorate with paprika and a some parsley.
