Salmon with Tortellini 
+4 servings
-225g smoked salmon
-1/2 glass of white brandy or dry wine
-1 glass of cooking cream
-Lemon juice
-6 garlic or onions
-450g tortellini filled with ricotta
-A pinch of nutmeg
-30g of butter
-25g parmigiano to serve
-Salt
-Pepper
-2 spoonful of fresh dill
*-*Chop the onions including a bit of the green part.
*s*Melt the butter and lightly fry the onions for a few minutes until they are tender.
*-*Add the brandy, boil to evaporate the alcohol and let it decrease a bit.
*-*Add cream, a pinch of nutmeg recently grated and season.
*-*Cook for 5 minutes until the cream thickens.
*y*Cut the salmon in cubes of approximately 2 cm and add the sauce with the dill.
*-*Add lemon juice, stir and keep to one side.
*r*Cook the pasta in lots water following the manufacturer’s cooking advices.
*-*Strain, mix with the sauce and serve.
