Bream on a bed of coarse salt

-1 bream (1.5kg or more)
-4 kilograms of coarse salt
-Water
*-*Peel the entire fish without without eviscerating it and put on a bed of salt in a big clay dish. 
*-*Cover with the remaining salt.
*-*Finally, pour some water over it to create a layer over the fish.
*g*Put in the oven at 180º for about 45 min.
*-*Once cooked, break the layer with a hard instrument. Clean the fish and serve.
