Sea bass with vegetables
+6 servings
-1 sea bass 3Kg, with skin, opened and without bones
-1/2 onion
-1 pumpkin
-3 carrots
-2 leeks
-60gr. butter
-Salt and pepper
-1 ladleful olive oil
*i*Clean the sea bass, salt it and place in an ovenproof dish.
*-*Open the backs put 30gr. butter inside and close.
*-*Wrap the fish in tinfoil and cook at high temperatures for 25-30 min.
*l*Meanwhile peel and slice the carrots, pumpkin and the onions as well as the leeks.
*d*Melt the butter in a frying pan and lightly fry the vegetables.
*-*Unwrap the sea bass, peel it and put in a dish over the seasoned vegetables.
