White wine melon cream 
+4 servings
-1 ripe melon
-200 ml of young white wine
-Juice of half a lemon
-1 spoonful of honey or sugar
-Mint leaves
*p*Crush the pulp of the melon with the white wine, honey and the lemon juice. to obtain a smooth creamy mixture.
*-*Put the cream into the fridge for an hour.
*-*Serve in very cool bowls and decorate with some mint leaves.
