Spaghetti with tuna, anchovies, olives and mozzarella

-350g spaghetti
-125g ricotta cheese
-6 chopped ripe plum tomatoes
-50g of anchovies in olive oil
-4 spoonfuls of dry white wine
-200g oil tuna
-50g pitted black olives
-125g mozzarella cheese
-Some fresh basil leaves
-Salt and black ground pepper
*r*Cook the pasta in salty boiling water, following the manufacturer instructions.
*-*Put the anchovies oil in a frying pan. If this isn’t enough add some tuna oil, only if it is olive oil.
*f*Add the tomato. When it is almost ready, add the anchovies, wine, tuna and the olives.
*-*Leave for a few minutes over the heat to integrate the sauce.
*-*Add the mozzarella, without stirring.
*-*Strain the pasta and mix softly with the previous preparation. Serve immediately.
