Pepperd fillet steak

-1 Fillet steak
-2 Spoonfuls of butter
-6 Spoonfuls of cream. 
-Green pepper
-1 glass of Brandy
-Salt
*-*Impregnate the fillet steak with some butter.
*u*Brown the butter in a frying pan and put in the fillet steak.
*-*Heat some brandy in a small saucepan. Once it is lukewarm, burn it and sprinkle over the meat while burning. So you are flaming the meat. 
*-*When it is almost ready, add green pepper, the cream and salt. Leave for a few more minutes and serve.
