Loin with tomato, garlic and feta cheese

-2 spoonfuls of olive oil
-4 slices of fresh loin
-1 big onion
-500g cherry tomato
-3 cloves of garlic
-Salt and pepper
-Basil
-Balsamic vinegar
-120g feta cheese
*a*Heat a spoonful of oil in a frying pan at medium heat. Add the onion and sauté. Keep to one side.
*n*Heat another 1/2 spoonful of oil in the same pan. Add the pieces of loin and fry. Put them in a dish in the oven at 100º to avoid continuous frying.
*w*Add another 1/2 spoonful of oil in the same pan, add the sauté onion and tomatoes, chopped garlic and the basil.
*-*Stir at medium-high heat until the tomatoes are tender.
*-*Add a spoonful of balsamic vinegar (or sherry), salt and pepper.
*-*Put the loin in a dish and pour over the mixture. Chop the feta cheese and spread it over.
*-*Grill for 2 minutes and serve.
