Sweet peppers filled with rice
+4 servings
-2 big green peppers
-200g of rice 
-1 clove of garlic
-1 spoonful of parsley
-Olive oil
-50g of parmigiano cheese
-2 spoonfuls of breadcrumbs
-60g of butter
-Salt and pepper
*-*Cut the sweet pepper in halves widthways and remove the seeds.
*r*Cook for a few minutes in a pot with abundant boiling water.
*-*Strain and peel carefully.
*r*Cook the rice for 10 minutes.
*s*Chop the garlic and parsley. Sauté in a cooking pan.
*-*Add the sauté into the rice and grate cheese over it, mix everything well.
*-*Pre-heat the oven at low temperature.
*-*Oil an ovenproof dish with the butter.
*-*Put the peppers in the dish and fill with rice.
*-*Over each half of sweet pepper, put some butter and breadcrumbs.
*g*Bake for another half an hour. Serve cold or hot.
