-Lettuce (bouquet)
-Leaf vegetables
-Seasonal herbs
-Baby carrots
-Cherry tomato
-Asparagus ends
-Butter or dates oil
-Dates vinegar
-Fresh dates 
-Cauliflower
-Broccoli
-Maldon salt
*z*Wash the lettuce, vegetables and herbs with water and keep to one side.
*-*Blanch the vegetables in water and salt. Then, cool with iced water to keep them crunchy, keep to one side.
*-*Peel and remove the pips from the dates, cut into pieces and keep to one side.
*-*Put all the ingredients in the dish so that the salad gains volume: Vegetables, leafy vegetables, dates, tomatoes and herbs.
