Vegetables fried eggs

-2 eggs
-3 tomatoes (small ones)
-2 carrots
-A little bit of onion 
-Some parsley
-Olive oil
-Salt
*a*Pour some oil in a frying pan and heat.
*-*Put an egg into the frying pan and stir until sautéed.
*-*Add the vegetables (in small pieces) and stir again.
*-*Crack the other egg and add the content to the frying pan. Pour the egg white all over and leave the yolk in the middle.
*-*Add salt and serve.
