Spanish omelette
+3 servings
-4 eggs
-1/2 kg potatoes
-Olive oil (one glass, 1/4 litre)
-Salt
*-*Wash and cut the potatoes into thin slices.
*a*Heat the oil in a frying pan and put in the previously cut potatoes. Fry them until they are brown.
*-*It is very important to strain the oil when removing the potatoes.
*x*Beat the eggs, add a bit of salt and add to the potatoes, mixing them with the whipped eggs.
*a*Put the frying pan over the heat again with a layer of oil. Pour in the eggs and potatoes.
*-*Remember to shake the frying pan so that the omelette doesn’t get burn.
*-*When it sets, cover it and turn upside down. Serve when it is brown on both sides.
