The various Roulette systems in use are mainly money management systems, which tend to come in useful when you have to get money in quickly.

The Black/ Red System
Due to the fact that 1/2 of the numbers on the wheel are red, and 1/2 black (minus the casino advantage) a bet on red or black coming up has a 50-50 chance of winning. If you can pick the correct color every-other spin, you would break even, minus 2 in every 38 spins (for 0, 00).

This system will require some patience. Bet on a colour, and if you win, take you winnings and leave your first bet for the next spin. Start low and if you win bet more. Double your bet after a loss. As long as you win, take your winnings and leave your original bet. Each colour has the same odds of winning, so switching will not help your chances.

The "Five Numbers" System
This strategy uses inside bets where you get paid 35 to 1 if you win. You place your bets on five individual numbers (including 0 and 00). It doesnt matter which number you pick as they all have the same chance of winning. Get yourself 40 chips to start with. Place one chip on each of your five numbers, and repeat until you win. When the ball rests on your number you get 35 chips so you stand to get a large win. If you win 35 chips, place 7 on each number, then if you win you will be in for a huge payout!

Double or Nothing
This is where if you win simply re-bet your previous stake. When you lose, double your original stake, if you then win your previous loss is cancelled out. If you carry on losing, you can keep doubling until your bet eventually turns up. This method is good until you run into an unlucky streak.

Pyramid
Pyramid is a system where you increase your stakes as you lose to make a quick recovery. This system flows like a pyramid, you increase your stake by one unit every time you lose and decrease your stake by one unit every time you win. This system only comes into effect when you have lost a round. Once you have recovered your loss go back to your original stake, and offers a gradual ride as your winnings fluctuate.

Betting multiple times
This strategy starts off with a bet of 1 on each the red and the odd (or you can do the black and even). Each bet is separate, when one bet loses you double it, if a bet is won it gets set back to 1. This system keeps you in the game for a long time as there is almost a 25% chance of winning the red and the odd and there is almost a 50% chance of breaking even, pretty good odds by roulette standards.

1st and 3rd column
Place one bet of 2 pieces on the 1st column and 1 bet of 2 pieces on the 3rd column. This will cover most of the red numbers on the table. Then one bet on 2 pieces on the black provides insurance for the occurrence of black. You will have all the numbers covered the 4 red numbers in the middle column and the zero. If the result is a red number in the 1st or 3rd column, you break even. If the result is red in the middle column the you lose 6 pieces. If the result is black and in the middle column, you lose 2 pieces. If the result is a black in the 1st or 3rd column, you win 4 pieces.
