The aim of the Hi-Lo is to win as much money by betting on what the next card's rank will be.

First you must place an initial bet, an amount between 5 and the total cash you start with.

When the initial bet is placed, the first card will reveal itself and you must bet whether the next card is 'Lower', 'Same' or 'Higher' than your current card.
Each bet has a 'Pay' amount telling you how much cash you could win if the bet is correct.

The next card will then reveal itself and will tell you if your bet was right or wrong. If your bet is right, you can place another bet on the next card.

You have the option to 'Cash Out' which adds the money you won to your current Cash and starts a new game. If you get a bet wrong without cashing out, you will lose the money you won, including your initial bet and will start a new game.

The game is split into rounds and if you complete a round of cards, you automatically pocket the cash you've won and keep your current card. The number of cards dealt in a round can be changed in the Settings screen and the higher the number of cards you play with in a round, the bigger the bonus you get to pocket.

Hints are available at any time after the first card is revealed, and will tell you the probability of the next card being 'Lower', 'Same' or 'Higher' than your current card. The Hint screen will also remind you if Aces are high and what your current card is.

You can choose to limit the number of decks used in the game in the Settings menu. The game will continue until you have run through the entire deck or run out of cash.

Good Luck!
