This tasty tagliatelle is great for an evening meal. After you've boiled your pasta, fry the onions and chopped bacon in the olive oil. Then add your flour to cook, remove the pan from the gas and stir in the milk - bring to the boil to thicken. Add the spinach and pasta to heat and serve immediately. Place the shredded Parma ham in the centre of the dish on top to serve.

50g flour
875ml milk
2 bunches spinach (coarsely chopped)
