1 slice wholemeal bread (toasted and cut into four triangles)
juice of one lemon
black pepper
cucumber (sliced)
half pot cottage cheese with chives and onion
rocket and baby spinach leaves
home made vinaigrette: olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, lemon juice
small bunch green grapes
