4 trout
olive oil (to brush the fish)
Roll the fish in: 1 tbsp flour, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp paprika

Stuffing:
1 tsp olive oil
150g mushrooms (chopped coarsely)
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tsp lemon juice

cocktail sticks (to secure the fish)
cooking foil (for oven baking)
