This easy dish is great for dinner or lunch. You can serve it with a vegetable plate if desired, or perhaps just some broccoli florets. Gently fry in a wok or large frying pan the garlic and ginger with finely chopped chilli and soy sauce then add the prawns. Meanwhile, boil the tagliatelli and when it's cooked, add to the prawns in the stir-fry mixture and toss in the pan before serving hot. Garnish if desired with toasted sesame seeds.

half a medium red chilli (finely chopped)
1 tbsp soy sauce
Small piece of ginger root (finely chopped)
2 cups prawns
half packet of tagliatelli
Toasted sesame seeds (to garnish)
