This simple dish is quick to make. Just rub the chops with the ingredients and grill for approx 15-20 minutes. Serve with a lightly boiled mangetout and boiled small new potatoes tossed in olive spread/low fat margerine.

1 small clove garlic (crushed)
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp rosemary (fresh, chopped)
pinch salt
ground black pepper (to taste)
2 cups mangetout
2 cups small new potatoes
1 tsp olive spread or low fat margerine
1 sprig mint (to garnish new potatoes)
