Avocado: halves or slices with lemon juice

Beansprouts: fresh crunchy beansprouts with ground black pepper

Carrot (raw)

Cauliflower (raw)

Celery (raw)

Crudites: e.g. chopped sticks/pieces of carrot, celery, cauliflower, served with home-made Guacamole or yogurt dip.

Lettuce & Salad: with simple vinaigrette dressing

Baby Sweetcorn

Mushrooms (raw, chopped with salad)

Mushrooms (button):  cooked whole and served with vinegar, chopped onions and tomato puree sauce

Peas (freshly shucked)

Peppers (bell peppers): roasted, skinned and served with vinegar

Shredded cabbage in vinegar (saurkraut)

Sweet Potato Chips: slice very thinly and fry in minimum amount of olive oil until crispy, then drain/dry and serve.

Tomato Salsa: 2 tomatoes chopped, 1 small onion chopped, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp vinegar, 1 tsp lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
