25g chopped lean bacon
1 small onion (chopped)
1 small carrot (chopped)
1 tin tomatoes (400g)
600ml stock (include the tomato juice, 1 chicken or vegetable stock cube & water)
2 tsp lemon juice
salt & pepper
pinch nutmeg
(use a blender to liquidise)
