This fish pie can be served with an assortment of vegetables if you wish, or just on its own. Steam the fish for about 10-15 minutes, then make the sauce using the liquid from the steamed fish. Flake the fish into large pieces and add it to the sauce, then add the lemon juice, seasoning and parsley. Cover with the boiled mashed potato and finish in the oven.

200g filleted white fish

Sauce:
15g margerine
15g flour
125 ml milk
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp parsley (chopped)
salt & pepper

2 medium-sized potatoes (boiled & mashed for topping)
