This is a simple balanced meal. Cook the rice to be placed on the plate as a rice bed. Chop the carrots into 2 inch sticks and lightly boil. Meanwhile, finely chop and fry the onion, slice the courgettes reasonably thinly and add to the onion, add the carrots to these when ready and season with salt & pepper. Your vegetables go on top of the rice, and the turkey breasts when grilled or fried (if fried then lightly in olive oil) are placed on top.
