"genral|The player assumes the role of warden of the newly-established prison on the barren and former naval bombing range of San Clemente Island, some thirty kilometers off the coast of Southern California. As a first-time warden, the player needs to prove he is up-for-the-job. Accordingly, the player needs to build, manage, and operate his prison in an efficient,effective, profitable, and harmonious manner. This is a delicate balancing act for any warden. On the one hand, the warden needs to satisfy the basic needs of his inmates. But on the other hand, the warden needs his inmates to know that he is the boss – it’s his way or no way! All the more, the warden needs to manage this balance with a constant influx of new inmates. To deal with this, the warden requiresresources and facilities to maintain this balance. Resources include prison guards, social workers, cash, etc.Facilities include living quarters; eating facilities; library and learning facilities; hospital facilities;entertainment facilities; sport facilities; disciplinary facilities; etc. These resources and facilities are thewarden’s tools to meet the basic needs of his growing number of inmates while increasing his chances ofrehabilitating his inmates into respectable, law-abiding citizens.||game play| Reform prisoners by improving their heart index as well as earn money by arranging various kinds of facilities. A prisoner will be set free once he earns 3 hearts. The remaining prisoners will appear in subsequent levels, or at least until they earn 3 hearts. Players should arrange for the prisoners to proceed to next task/facility or simply send them to bed once they have completed their designatd tasks. Otherwise, your prisoners will lose hearts. Prisoners are easy to find trouble when their heart index falls to 0.
